ARC    Hello, Dolly! ARCappella ARC-Hive  Members
About Us Members

The specific objectives of ARCappella are:

  • To encourage and develop the vocal talent of people in Darebin
  • To achieve a high level of expertise within the choir, promoting self esteem and self worth amongst its members
  • To perform at community festivals and other occasions and participate as part of the community.

Chances are you haven't been at a Darebin festival or cultural event over the past 10 years, if you haven't enjoyed an ARCappella performance. ARCappella, has provided a platform for not only young people to show off their vocal talents, but about community spirit and participation. ARCappella members are volunteers and a significant number have been singing with the choir since joining ARC as a teenager or young adult, growing up in this group, which now features singers of all ages.

In 2009, ARCappella was awarded with the city of Darebin Australia Day Award for its contribution to the Darebin Community.
