Bookings

Bookings for Hello, Dolly! may be made via phone, mail or by using the online ticket booking system.

Telephone Bookings	Call the Ticket Secretary on 0435 062 087 for phone bookings with credit card.
Postal Bookings	Download the Postal Booking Form, print it and fill in. You may then mail this form to: ARC Ticket Bookings P.O. Box 8096 PRESTON VIC, 3072
Online Bookings	Use the Online Ticket Booking System to book your tickets online.

Conditions of Sale

• All ticket prices are inclusive of GST
• Tickets must be collected 1/2 hour prior to the performance.
• Concession cards must be provided on request. Student card holders and children under 16 are eligible for concession.
• Minimum group booking - 10 people for the same performance.
• Postal orders must be received by 1.7.2010
• Credit card payments (via phone or mail) will attract a processing fee of $1.00 per ticket. The credit card processing fee for bookings is capped at $10.00, the online ticket booking system is uncapped.
• Gala opening night tickets covers viewing the opening night performance as well as finger food and refreshments. No group/concession discounts apply. This is a cocktail attire event

Other Information

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes early as parking at the Banyule theatre can sometimes be restricted<./li>
• There will be one 20 minute intermission during the performance.
• Refreshments and snacks are available.
• Flash photography and the taking of video/digital footage is not permitted during the performance.
